You can now view an artwork’s full activity history directly from the ARTERNAL mobile app. Track edits, emails, clicks, pricing updates, and more—right from your phone.
Step-by-Step: View the Artwork Activity Timeline on Mobile
Step 1: Open the Artwork
Open the ARTERNAL mobile app and tap on the artwork you’d like to review.
Step 2: Open the Info Menu
Tap the ⓘ Info icon in the top toolbar, then select Activity Timeline.
Step 3: Review All Activity
By default, the timeline opens to All, showing every recorded action related to the artwork - organized chronologically.
Step 4: Filter by Activity Type
Use the tabs at the top to focus on specific types of activity, including:
Edits – Inventory changes and updates
SmartMail – Emails sent from ARTERNAL
Clickthroughs – Recipient clicks from emails
Holds / Sales – Hold placements and sales activity
Transactions – Invoices and payment-related events
Associations – Linked contacts or records
Price History – Price changes over time
Location – Artwork location updates
Consignments – Consignment-related activity
