How to Access the Contact Timeline on Mobile
Step 1: Open the Contact Profile
Open the ARTERNAL app and navigate to the contact you’d like to review.
Step 2: Tap the Timeline Tab
At the top of the contact profile, select Timeline to view all recorded activity.
Step 3: View All Activity (Default View)
By default, the timeline opens to All, showing every recorded action related to the contact - organized chronologically.
Step 4: Filter by Activity Type
Use the tabs under the timeline to focus on specific types of activity, including:
SmartMail
Views
Clickthroughs
Holds / Solds
Associations
Interests
Segments (coming soon)
OVR (Online Viewing Rooms)
