You can remove several works from a list at once using the Selection Cart. This works in static lists only. Follow these steps.
Step 1: Open the Lists page
On the Inventory page, click the drop-down menu at the top left (it says Inventory) and select Lists. Then click the Static tab. You can only remove works from a static list. In a live list, the Remove From List option does not appear.
Step 2: Choose the works to remove
Click a list to open it. Then click the image of each work you want to remove. A checkmark appears and the work is added to the Selection Cart.
Step 3: Remove the works from the list
Click the cart button at the top right of the page to open the Selection Cart. The button shows how many works are selected.
In the cart header, click the Remove From List icon. It sits between Add to List and Create PDF. The works in your cart that are in this list are removed from the list and from the cart. Works in the cart that are not in this list are not affected.
Tip: To remove a single work, hover over its row in the list and click the Remove from list icon on the right side of the row.
The Remove From List icon is also covered in Managing Artworks Using ARTERNAL’s Inventory Selection Cart.
