You can review the details and engagement activity for any email youāve sent from ARTERNALās Mail tool ā including who it was sent to and how each recipient has interacted with it.

š Steps to View Sent Mail Details
In the ARTERNAL app, tap the Mail icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Sent mail to see your list of emails youāve sent.
Find the email whose details you want to review.
Tap the email to open it.
In the list of recipients, choose a recipient to view that personās individual details and activity, including messages sent and interactions tracked.

When you open a sent email and select a recipient, youāll be able to:
See the recipientās contact details
View the message sent to them
Check their individual engagement activity (opens, clicks, replies, etc.)

Q: Where can I find emails Iāve already sent?
A: Open the Mail tab and select Sent Mail to view a list of all emails youāve sent from ARTERNAL.
