These steps work on iPhone and iPad.
Create a list
Open the ARTERNAL app.
Tap the Contacts tab at the bottom of your screen.
Tap Lists in the top-left corner of the Contacts screen.
Tap the list-plus button in the bottom-right corner of the Lists screen. If you donât see it, your account may not allow you to create lists.
Type a name in the Enter a List name field (for example, âVIP Clientsâ).
Tap the checkmark (Done) in the top-right corner.
A banner confirms the list was created, and the new list appears on the Lists screen.
đ Tip: Lists you create in the app are static lists. To create a live list, rename or delete a list, or change who can see it, use ARTERNAL on your computer. See How to Create a Contact List.
Add contacts to a list
Create your list first. The list picker does not have a Create New List option.
On the Contacts tab, touch and hold a contact, then choose Add To List.
Pick a list. A banner confirms the contact was added.
You can also open a contactâs profile, tap the ... (more) button in the top-right corner, choose Add to List, and pick a list.
To add everyone from a search, search the Contacts tab, tap the ... (more) button in the top-right corner, and choose Add Search to List. This adds every matching contact, up to 500 at a time, to the list you pick.
For more help, see How to Add Contacts to a List - iOS.
Remove contacts from a list
Tap Contacts, then tap Lists, then tap your list.
Touch and hold the contact.
Choose Remove From List.
This option only appears inside a static list. It does not show in live lists or All Contacts.
