Managing Your Website's News Page

Add gallery news, press and videos to your website's News page by writing posts in the CMS.

Written by Kalila Richards

Your News page shows the posts you write in the CMS. Each post has a category, and the category decides which tab it appears under, such as Press, Videos or Gallery News.

📰 Add a news post

  1. In the CMS, click Posts in the sidebar.

  2. Click New post. A new draft post opens.

  3. Choose a Category, such as Press or Gallery News.

  4. Set the Date, then add a Post title and, if you like, a Subtitle.

  5. Add a Cover image and write your post in Body.

  6. Optional: tag Artists or Exhibitions the post is about, or paste a Video URL from YouTube or Vimeo.

  7. Turn on Visible on site.

  8. Click Publish.

For every field and option, see Writing Posts for Your Website.
