You can make one of your gallery's fonts the default for PDFs and for new Online Viewing Rooms. PDFs and Online Viewing Rooms each have their own font setting, so you set the default in two places.
Before you start, upload your font in Settings > Organization > Custom Fonts. See How to Upload and Manage Custom Fonts.
Set the default font for PDFs
Click your profile picture in the bottom left, then click Settings.
Under Organization, click PDF Templates > Page Settings.
Under Global Font Options, open Font Family and choose your font. Your uploaded fonts are listed at the top under Custom Fonts.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Your font is now used in every PDF except wall labels. For font size and letter spacing, see How to Set Default Fonts for PDFs.
Set the default font for Online Viewing Rooms
Open any Online Viewing Room in the editor.
Click the Text Formatting tab.
Choose your font for Header, Subheading, Body and Caption. Your uploaded fonts are listed at the top under Custom Fonts.
Click Save Template in the top right of the editor.
Click Save Organization Template to confirm.
Every new Online Viewing Room you create now starts with your font. Rooms you've already made keep their current fonts.
Saving a template isn't available on every plan. Contact us if you don't see Save Template.
Organization or account templates
In Settings > Online Viewing Rooms, Template source controls whose template new rooms use:
Organization: everyone in your gallery starts from the same template.
Account specific: each person saves and uses their own template. In step 5, the button reads Save Account Template instead.

Q: What else does Save Template save?
A: Your header, text formatting, layout, artwork and background settings. The banner image isn't saved.
Q: I don't see my font in the list.
A: Check that it's uploaded in Settings > Organization > Custom Fonts. Then refresh the page.
