Point of Sale and Buyer Email on the Sold Artworks Report

The Sold Artworks report now includes Point of Sale location and buyer email, so you can build location-based buyer lists.

Written by Kalila Richards

The Sold Artworks report now includes two additional columns:

  • Point of Sale — the location the sale was made from, formatted consistently.

  • Buyer email — the email on the buyer's contact record.

Together, they let you filter sales by location and pull a buyer list straight out of the report.

🧭 How to use it

  1. Go to Reports and open Sold Artworks.

  2. Add Point of Sale and Buyer Email columns.

  3. Filter or sort by Point of Sale to isolate a single location.

  4. Export the report to work with the buyer emails outside ARTERNAL.

💡 Example uses

  • Multi-location galleries: see which space a sale came through and compare performance across locations.

  • Targeted follow-up: pull everyone who bought through a specific location or fair for a follow-up campaign.

  • Reconciliation: match sales to the right location for month-end reporting.
