The Sold Artworks report now includes two additional columns:
Point of Sale — the location the sale was made from, formatted consistently.
Buyer email — the email on the buyer's contact record.
Together, they let you filter sales by location and pull a buyer list straight out of the report.
🧭 How to use it
Go to Reports and open Sold Artworks.
Add Point of Sale and Buyer Email columns.
Filter or sort by Point of Sale to isolate a single location.
Export the report to work with the buyer emails outside ARTERNAL.
💡 Example uses
Multi-location galleries: see which space a sale came through and compare performance across locations.
Targeted follow-up: pull everyone who bought through a specific location or fair for a follow-up campaign.
Reconciliation: match sales to the right location for month-end reporting.
