Old lists no longer have to sit in your active view or be deleted outright.
Collections: lists, exhibitions, and fairs can now be archived and unarchived, with a dedicated page for everything you've archived.
Archiving keeps the record and its works intact. It just moves the collection out of your day-to-day view.
đ How to archive a collection
Go to Inventory and open the list, exhibition, fair, or set you want to archive.
Tap on the three vertical dots to open the list options. Click "Archive List" from the actions menu, then confirm.
The collection moves off your active lists view.
To bring it back, open the archived collections page from the inventory dropdown and choose Unarchive.
đ Permissions
Archived collections respect the same view permissions as active ones. If a list was private to you, it stays private once archived; if it was visible to the team, the archived version is too.

Archiving is the safer choice for past exhibitions and fairs you may want to reference later.

A: No. Only the collection is archived. The works stay exactly as they are in inventory.
