Offline Lists let you save a list, exhibition or fair to your device. You can then browse its artworks, documents and installation views without an internet connection. This is useful at fairs, studio visits or anywhere the signal is weak.
Make a list available offline
Open the list, exhibition or fair.
Open the menu at the top right of the screen.
Tap Make Available Offline.
Save your lists while you're on Wi-Fi, before you head out.
Find your offline lists
Go to the Dashboard.
Tap Offline Lists.
Use the Lists, Exhibitions and Fairs tabs to find what you saved.
Each saved list shows the number of works, installation views and documents, the file size, and when it was saved. The total storage used on your device is shown at the bottom of the page.
Update an offline copy
An offline copy is saved at the time you download it. To get the latest changes to the list, update it before you go offline.
Open the list, exhibition or fair.
Open the menu at the top right of the screen.
Tap Update Offline Copy. The date under this option shows when the copy was last updated.
Remove an offline copy
Open the list, exhibition or fair.
Open the menu at the top right of the screen.
Tap Remove Offline Copy.
This only removes the copy saved on your device. The list itself doesn't change.
