How to Add and Send Invoice Attachments

Attach images, videos, or documents to an invoice and choose which files to include when sending it to your client.

Attach supporting files such as images, videos, or documents directly to an invoice and include them when emailing it to your client.


Before You Start

  • Supported file types include images, videos, PDFs, and documents (.doc, .docx, etc.)

  • Maximum file size: 25 MB per file (final limits may depend on the recipient’s email provider)


Step-by-Step: Add and Send Invoice Attachments

Step 1: Open the Attachments Tab

From an open invoice, click the Attachments tab at the top.


Step 2: Upload Your File

Click Upload File, then select the file you’d like to attach.


Step 3: Go to the Send Tab

Click the Send tab on the invoice to prepare your email. Scroll down to Include Attachments, then check the box next to each file you want to send.

Only checked files will be sent with the invoice email.


Step 5: Send the Invoice

Finish composing your message and click Send Email. Your selected attachments will be delivered along with the invoice.
