How to Access Your Invoices on a Mobile Device

You can view, edit, and manage your invoices on your phone by using your mobile browser. While the ARTERNAL mobile app doesn’t support invoice access yet, the full invoicing workspace is completely mobile-friendly when accessed through your browser.

Follow the steps below to get started.


Accessing Invoices on Your Phone

You can log into ARTERNAL using Safari, Chrome, or any browser on your mobile device.

1. Open your mobile browser

Open Safari, Chrome, or another browser on your phone.

  • Type app.arternal.com/invoices into your browser.

2. Log into your ARTERNAL account

Use the same email and password you use on desktop.

3. Open the main menu

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right to navigate to the Invoice tab.

4. Select Invoices from the sidebar

This will open the full invoicing workspace, including Drafts, Sent, Viewed, Paid, Templates, Economic Nexus, and more.


What You Can Do on Mobile

By accessing ARTERNAL through your browser, you can:

  • View all invoices

  • Create new invoices

  • Edit invoice details

  • Review payment history

  • Send invoices to clients

  • Access invoice templates

  • Update point-of-sale and economic nexus settings

Everything functions the same as on desktop — just optimized for your phone.
